Evolving Together

The Volunteering NSW 2022 State Conference is the primary forum in NSW where leaders and practitioners come together to build knowledge, leadership and best practice in the volunteering sector.

The Conference has been developed for Volunteer Coordinators and Managers in the not-for-profit and community sectors, bringing together experts, academics and industry leaders to allow delegates the opportunity to advance their knowledge, develop skills and network.

This year’s conference will explore the theme Evolving Together with a focus on Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion;Leadership and Stewardship of Volunteering; and Valuing and Repositioning Volunteering.

Throughout the day, keynote, plenary and workshop presenters will share their knowledge and experience, and showcase practical solutions to the advancement of volunteering in NSW.

Regional Centre Hybrid Confrence

The 2022 Volunteering NSW State Conference will be streamed out live to two NSW Regional Centres; Griffith and Broken Hill as hybrid events. Full Scholarships will be offered to the Regional Hybrid Conferences to all those working in leadership and support roles in Volunteer Involving Organisations and within the Volunteer Sector.

Early Bird Rates:

Early Bird rates for the Conference are available for Members and Non-Members from Thursday 7 April until Sunday 15 May, 2022. Bookings from Sunday 29 May will be charged at the Full Conference rate.

Change of Speakers:

The Centre for Volunteering reserves the right to substitute speakers if required. In the rare case of a speaker having to cancel due to personal reasons or illness, The Centre would make every effort to find a suitable substitute.

Cancellation of Event:

The Centre for Volunteering reserves the right to cancel this event if minimum numbers are not reached during the registration process. Delegates would be provided with a full refund in the case of cancellation.

Refund Policy:

In the event you are unable to attend the conference, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place.

Prior to Sunday 15 May 2022Should you wish to cancel your registration, we will refund your registration less an administration fee of $100 per registered delegate, provided the cancellation is received via email before 5.00pm on Sunday 15 May 2022 to conference@volunteering.com.au

After 5.00pm Sunday 15 May 2022: No cancellations will be accepted on or after 5.00pm Sunday 15 May 2022 (full fee is retained). This is due to The Centre’s obligation to pay for venue, catering and speakers.
