Zumba, a dance fitness program, has been adapted to cater to individuals with disabilities. These specialized sessions modify traditional Zumba routines to accommodate a range of physical and cognitive abilities, ensuring accessibility and participation for all. MENTAL HEALTH WEEK.
This class is for everyone who has physical and/or mental disabilities. Students can only join under supervision of their support worker.
