VRDL All Stars Bootcamp - May Queensland

The All Stars are in Queensland and y’all are invited to learn their best moves!

Schedule:
9am - 12pm

This boot camp will focus on how to build strong 2 walls (or how to defeat them if you are a jammer).

Details:

• Blockers and jammers will be split in the first portion of the training camp
• Jammers will learn with Pavey, and blockers will learn with Barry and Lorrage
• Blockers will learn the individual skills that build strong two walls
• The rest of the camp will be all in and building on the foundations we built in the first portion of the camp
• All skills and drills are what the All Stars currently train in this, or the past season

Coaches:

• Lorrage, Barry & Pavey 

This is an all genders boot camp and is best suited for advanced skaters (Green/Bouting)

Other information
- Please arrive around 8.30am to gear up and be ready for a 9.00am start!
- Bring your gear, scrim tops & numbers, and most importantly, snacks!
