VU NTEU End of Year Celebration

Join your NTEU comrades at the end of year get together!

2024 has been a rollercoaster of a year at VU with increasing workloads, work intensification, and the lowest pay in the sector. We are continuing to bear the cost of round after round of redundancies but we are determined to fight on! Our amazing bargaining team have been working hard to win a better deal on pay and workloads. It is time to celebrate, comrades, we have had some wins and the fight is not over.

All current and prospective VU NTEU members are invited. 

A delicious banquet from Aheda's Kitchen catering to all dietary requirements will be provided, along with sausages and drinks. All food and drinks are free, so please come and enjoy some relaxation and friendship with your union buddies.

Location is the Footscray Park Bowling Club, which is just opposite Building D at Footscray Park campus. There is a guest car park you can use (after 4pm). 

Our event finishes at 6:30pm but, for those interested in spending a little more time socialising and wanting to dust off their dancing shoes (boots!), the Bowling Club is hosting Line Dancing between 7pm and 8pm for an additional cost, $15 per person or $50 (for a group of 4).  If you would like to continue the fun and keep on going here is the booking link https://www.trybooking.com/eve...
