🏎️ VUPA Go-Karting Event – BattleKart West Footscray

Join the Victoria University Postgraduate Association (VUPA) for an exciting Go-Karting event at BattleKart, West Footscray!

📋 ATTENDEE INFORMATION

1. All attendees are required to arrive at BattleKart, West Footscray by 2:00 PM.

2. Food and drinks will not be provided, so please bring your own snacks and refreshments.

3. The event will run from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, divided into 4 sessions, with a maximum of 10 participants per session. Slots will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

   • Students are free to leave after completing their session, but please inform a VUPA representative before leaving.

4. A VUPA team representative will be present throughout the event to assist you with any questions or concerns.

ℹ️ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Meeting Point: Directly at the venue – BattleKart, 50 McArthur Street, West Footscray, VIC 3012.

2. Please bring your water bottle and power bank.

3. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

4. No ticket cancellations within 4 days of the event date.

5. We recommend using public transport – get off at Tottenham Station (approx. 10-minute walk to the venue).

6. Limited parking is available at the venue.

7. This event is exclusively for current VU postgraduate students.
