W8LESS + FLŌ, an immersion of hydro sound bath frequencies and somatic movement.

From 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM, The FLŌ element (somatic movement) presented by Natacha will take place at The Space Between.

• Natacha, a Somatic Therapist and Movement Facilitator, guides the session with the aim of shifting focus from the depths of the mind into the body. She incorporates a blend of somatic practices, including Somatic Stress Release (SSR) to process and complete emotional cycles, and Neuro Affective Touch, which combines trauma-informed psychotherapy with bodywork techniques.

For your comfort, Natacha will provide:

• Mats 
• Pillows 
• Blankets 
• Cushions 
• Bolsters 

Following the FLŌ segment, Natacha will conduct a silent walking meditation over to Gardenia House for you to join W8LESS.

From 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM, The W8LESS (weightless) element presented by Erica will take place at Gardenia House.

• The concept of weightlessness is omnipresent. In this space, you’re allowed to shed the burdens of suppressed emotions and attachments which do not serve your authentic self. While you’re afloat, a carefully-selected collection of ethereal instruments will engulf each of your energy vortexes starting with solfeggios tuning forks and Tibetan singing bowls at the your soul chakra downward. 

The following ethereal instruments will be present inside the pool and poolside;

• quartz crystal singing bowls

• bamboo wind chimes

Limited Supply;

• Floating pool bed capacity is maxed at a 7 for this event.
• Pool beds will be available for rent upon reservation.
• Pool lounges and cabanas will be available.
