WA ASSA Christmas Connect

Join us for a festive gathering like no other at the ASSA Christmas Connect in Western Australia! This is more than just a lunch – it's an opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate as we wrap up the year.

We’re thrilled to feature an engaging keynote and workshop led by Marco Blanco, a Child Safeguarding authority and the Managing Director of Child Safeguard. Marco, who brings invaluable expertise in Child Safe Best Practice Standards, will walk us through the latest Child Safeguarding reforms in WA. With his extensive experience advising Councils, Not-for-profits, and Peak Bodies across Australia, Marco has established himself as a trusted leader, keynote speaker, and media commentator. This session will offer insights and actionable knowledge for our industry as we prioritise safe and supportive environments.

In addition to Marco’s presentation, we’ll hear updates on exciting developments within the ASSA Academy, focusing on innovative career pathways to attract, retain, and grow talented staff who will shape the future of our industry.

Then, let’s relax and enjoy a delicious lunch, share a couple of beverages, and toast to the year’s end together. Come for the knowledge, stay for the community, and celebrate another successful year with ASSA!
