Event description

Join us for the annual WA Justice Reinvestment Summit, where communities working on justice reinvestment will connect with one another, government agencies, service providers, and experts in relevant fields.

This three day event aims to build common understanding of justice reinvestment and provide a tailored learning and development opportunity, to support stronger justice reinvestment projects across WA. We will hear from community leaders, justice reinvestment experts, communities working on justice reinvestment and more!

Don't miss this opportunity to connect, share experiences, and contribute to creating healthier families, smarter justice, and safer communities.

Program

  • Further details on the program will be provided shortly, but you can expect a mix of expert presentations, discussion panels, and interactive workshops!

Grow the Movement

  • We encourage communities working on justice reinvestment to bring local community members along to the WA Justice Reinvestment Summit, in addition to relevant staff. Maybe you could bring an Elder, and a young leader!

  • Justice Reinvestment Communities should also consider passing an invitation to the WA Justice Reinvestment Summit to any relevant local or regional government representatives or community service organisations that have a role to play in supporting the community's vision for justice reinvestment, such as District Leadership Group members, Police Community Liaison officers, local government councillors or staff, local politicians etc.
