Description

The 10 Most Common Mistakes of IP & Brand Building in Games is a free, 1-hour online teaser session designed to introduce Western Australian developers to the core ideas behind franchise, IP, and brand development for games.

Led by Christian Fonnesbech, this practical session will unpack the most common mistakes studios make when building game IP and brands, while sharing insights on how stronger positioning and franchise thinking can create long-term value.

The session includes a live Q&A and offers a preview of the deeper frameworks and strategies that will be explored in Christian’s full two-part Building a Game Franchise & Brand workshop taking place in June.

(Registration for the full June workshop will open after this teaser! All teaser participants will be emailed to register before it is posted publicly.)

Proudly supported by Screenwest, this workshop is part of a commitment to strengthen Western Australia’s game development sector by providing local creators with access to practical industry knowledge, commercial skills, and professional development opportunities.
