A Scenic Walk ~ walk along a peaceful trail surrounded by lush greenery, the gentle sounds of nature creating a serene backdrop. The pace will be relaxed, suitable for most fitness levels.

Guided mindfulness practices ~ engage in simple mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing, sensory awareness, and present-moment focus to deepen your connection with nature.

Mini Reiki Session ~ experience moments of stillness where your guide may offer Reiki energy healing, promoting relaxation, balance, and well-being.
