Event description

Wake up with gentle Qi Gong movements to bring joy to your day and get in the flow of life.

Start the day with a deep sense of gratitude that will remain for the rest of your day.

The perfect way to start your day and set your intention for your weekend ahead!

We will be practicing integrative Qi Gong, sometimes weaving Breathwork and finishing with Meditation to rest, integrate, create space, clear your mind and support your nervous system.

It's your time to Wake up:

  • Every Friday, from 8 to 8:30am (Melbourne/Sydney time).
  • 30 minutes sessions via Zoom.
  • $11/session.
  • If you wish to book for a block of 4 sessions, $10/session, total $40, send me an email at theyogaexplorer@gmail.com.
