What's it all about?

  • Unplug and unwind: Leave the stress of daily life behind.

  • Reconnect with nature: Feel the earth beneath your feet, listen to the birdsong, and breathe in the fresh, clean air.

  • Practice mindfulness: Learn simple techniques to bring your awareness to the present moment, reducing anxiety and boosting your overall well-being.

  • Gentle movement: Enjoy a leisurely walk that's suitable for all fitness levels. No need to be an athlete – just come as you are!

  • Connect with others: Share this peaceful experience with like-minded people in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Think of it as a little gift to yourself. A chance to recharge, reconnect, and come away feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to face whatever life throws your way.

Please wear suitable shoes and clothing for the weather and terrain.
