Walk and Talk with Serlina
Event description
This is a weekly group walk for people who are new to exercise and want to have a group for encouragement and support. Walking and talking benefits mental health as well as physical health. All fitness levels welcome, especially people who are beginners. Serlina is a qualified fitness instructor and will lead the walk.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for walking and bring along a water bottle.
Dates include 6,13, 20 January (excludes Australia Day) and 3, 17, 24 February (excludes Regatta Day). The walk will go from 5.15pm - 6.15pm and walkers will meet in front of the Whitewater Room, Kingborough Community Hub, 7 Goshawk Way Kingston.
