We're not called the Central Highlands for nothing! As part of this years 2025 Daylesford Highland Gathering, Alice's Journeys Walking Tours of Daylesford and Hepburn Distillery have collaborated to bring you a "real McCoy" experience. Honouring our Scottish roots and heritage, our local walking tour guides have curated a special Walking Tour of Daylesford, with a distinct Scottish theme. You will visit key Scottish heritage sites around the town and have access to some hidden gems rarely seen by the public. Hear the remarkable stories of the Scottish settlers who made this place home since the 1830s. A private visit to the Daylesford Museum will reveal a stunning Scottish surprise dating to 1830s Glasgow. 

The Walking Tour will culminate in a Whisky (3 flight) or Gin (4 flight) tasting and tour of the award-winning Hepburn Distillery, Hepburn Distillery make world-class, award-winning gin, vodka and whiskey from scratch using local, organic and seasonal ingredients.
