As part of Children's Day, join The ReCreators at Te Awamutu Museum for the Tui & Tama Eco Expo and enjoy a fun and creative weaving workshop!In this workshop, kids will use a forked branch as a loom to create wonderful and colourful woven art pieces.
Participants will learn relaxing weaving techniques and leave with a beautiful woven creation.
It’s a fun way to learn to weave while using upcycled and natural materials.
All materials will be provided.
When: Saturday 1 March, 11 am - 1 pm
Where: Te Awamutu Museum, 55 Rickit Road, Te Awamutu 3800.
This is a walk up event, so you do not need to stay the whole time.
