Walking with Emma - THE PILOT
Event description
Seeking women to participate in a new virtual guided walking program. It's for women who want accountability to walk regularly without diet culture or anti-fatness. Emma wants you to get all the physical and mental health benefits of a consistent walking practice - without fostering intrusive or unwanted thoughts about your body.
How does it work?
You get access to 30 min a live-streamed virtual guided walk six times a week. At the beginning of each walk, you can introduce yourself and see who you are walking with - then the group walks in silence, being guided by Emma to be with your body and the environment in a way that fosters gratitude, calmness and freedom. At the end of the walk, you have a chance to ask questions and talk with Emma and other walkers.
When does it start?
The pilot kicks off from May 6 to June 1 (four weeks).
How much does it cost?
It costs $80 (plus a small ticketing fee) to join the pilot.
What do I get?
- Access to six guided walks per week - from May 6 to June 1.
- Access to Emma's private Substack group, where you get to discuss topics that lead to body freedom - with like-minded women who are recovering from diet culture and healing their relationship with food (without any haters, nasty comments or bullies)
- WhatsApp reminders to join the walks and encouragement to keep going
