Walking with Earth & Story November 27th
Event description
You are being called… can you hear it? The whisper of the wind, the swishing leaves, the distant bird calls, the grunts and murmurs... Our wild friends are calling you to spend time with them. Will you join us?
Join a small, intimate group with Rachel and Michael as we venture into the wilds of our local area. Bring your wild self, your keen senses, and your curiosity as we play and explore in the nature that surrounds us. Whether that may be your backyard, a local park or somewhere a little more wild.
We will gather online (via Zoom) first to share who we are and why we’re here and then spend an hour of solo time in nature, gathering the happenings, thoughts, and experiences that arise. Then we will gather online again to tell our stories and share about our time in Nature with the rest of the group.
It is an age-old tradition to share stories with our human kin or "tribe". To speak of our intimate and primal encounters with the wild world, in the presence of open hearts and minds can be both simple and revelatory.
Speaking out loud what we saw, heard, felt, and sensed in communion with Nature, allows our soul truths to fully land and find a home within ourselves and those who witness us. The heartbeat of Mother Earth pulses within us all. We hope that coming together as a group in this way, can help us to feel her tender heartbeat more and more deeply.
We encourage you to join us in exploring Nature together. Who knows who we’ll meet…
