Take part in the Carer Connections Group!

While connecting with others like you, the group will experience the pleasures of good company and enjoy some much-needed time out from caring.

Saturday 19th October Emergency Preparedness for Carers

Enjoy a brisk stroll followed by an information session on Emergency Preparedness for Carers. This special session is delivered by Manningham City Council. Afternoon Tea Provided. Free, bookings highly appreciated to assist with catering.

At Living and Learning at Ajani

Saturdays 16th & 30th November Art Therapy Sessions for Carers

Be guided through an Art Therapy Session (or two!) by an experienced artist and practitioner. Session begin and finish with a guided meditation and will focus on creating peace and improved mood, as well as offering opportunities for self expression.

Free, all materials and afternoon tea included. Bookings required.

3pm to 5pm.

Saturday 14th December: Sharing platter at Kellybrook Winery

Relax and unwind in the beautiful surround so Kellybrook Winery. Enjoy a tasting platter and share your plans for the summer. Drinks at bar prices.
