Walkshop 3: Walking and A Concertina
Description
Join Emma, Crucible Studios Artist-in-Residence, for a playful experiment that combines a group walk with a drawing exercise. Emma’s artistic work uses walking as a tool to learn, grow, and observe herself and her new temporary environment here in Ōamaru, and to engage with the community.
Each Walkshop will be approximately 1.5 hours, with half our time walking, talking, sharing, listening, and the other half drawing - give or take.
We'll depart from Tyne Street, weaving and looping around the place!
