THING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WALLAN MARKET
Market Hours are 9am till 2pm.
You are required to follow all Instructions by Market Staff. (All Staff are Volunteers)
Stallholders are not Permitted to Departure early.
Stallholders need to see Market Staff for Early Departure (Emergency situation Only)
Gates open 6.30am (NO Queueing on Watson St prior gates opening)
Setup is from 6.30am till 8am entry via Watson St next to the CFA station.
Sites are Allocated on Entry
Only one car can enter the market site, a second Can't access site to drop off stock or equipment.
If you have a Trailer your car and Trailer need to fit on the 9-meter site.
Site sizes Stranded site 9 x5 meters there are small site available all site cost $45 plus booking fee.
You can only book one site and you’re not permitted to have multiple stalls on the one site.
Marquees need to be pegged down. We have pegs Available $8 for 4 pegs Cash Only.Â
There is no Power on-Site use of GENERATORS needs to be approved before use on site
Market doesn’t supple Marquees and Tables, Chairs, Generators, Bins for Stallholders.
REFUNDS are available until 10pm the Wednesday night before the Market. (site fee only $45 not booking fee)
PLEASE NOTE SITE FEES ARE NOT TRANSFERBLE
REFUNDS are done via Humanitix via the email you Received, on your email under mange my ticket.
Pets are not Permitted on site.
Trees on site are not to Damaged or tried too.
Cardboard is not to be placed in bins on site.
You’re not permitted to leave anything onsite after the Market this includers Cardboard unsold goods, rubbish, and damaged equipment.
All Stallholders are to be off site by 3.30pm.
