    Our Youth MHFA Aotearoa course is a two-day, face-to-face workshop that teaches adults how to provide initial support to a young person (aged, or soon to be, 11 to 18) who may be experiencing a mental health challenge. School teachers and guidance counsellors, youth workers, sports coaches, parents and community members are encouraged to become Youth Mental Health First Aiders. The two-day course is held on Tuesday 17 November & Tuesday 24 November 2026 - 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
