Embark on a mystical journey with Wattlebrush School of Bushcraft and Wizardry, where spells intertwine with science, and friendships are forged in the flames of adventure. In the world of wizardry, it's said that the wand chooses the wizard. This ancient process is much like a fun and magical personality quiz. At our Wandmaking Workshop, your Wiz-kid will forage for the perfect wand, design it with unique elements, and discover what makes their wand truly special. Throughout the day there will be games and Hogwarts inspired adventures to put our wands to good use.

Join us for a day of enchantment, where every wand tells a story and every wizard finds their magic!

• 🌿 Wand Foraging: We begin our journey by searching the beautiful Balmoral park bushland for the perfect gum tree.
• 🎨 Wand Design: Create your own unique magical tool using an ancient dictionary of plants.
• 📜 Spellbook Design: Craft a special spellbook page to remember the unique ingredients that make up your wand.
• ✨ Charms Class: Practice your swish and flick until you master your spells.
• ⚔️ Wizarding Duels: Put your skills to the test in friendly duels with your fellow wizards.

Ages: 8- 12 years old. 

About us: Wattlebrush is about exploring the magic of your own backyard and making incredible childhood memories. Our activities are immersive, supportive and run by registered teachers. We’re all about supporting local families with magic school holiday care solutions.  

What to bring: Food for the day (fridges are provided), sun protection, and hydration. 

Accessibility and safety: We'll send a comprehensive starter form to gather your child's comfort and safety requirements. For accessibility, students need to be able to climb the Scout Hall stairs with or without assistance. Many activities take place outdoors, so sun protection and weather-appropriate clothing are essential each day.
