Come and join us on a joyful journey through poems, paths and possibilities. Whether you’re seeking clarity in the midst of chaos or hoping to add a little more peace to an already calm life, this workshop offers a relaxed and enriching afternoon of self-exploration, reflection, fun and laughter.

We’ll wander inward through writing, gentle sharing, and poetic play – supporting not only your own sense of inner peace, but also inspiring ripples of calm in the world around you. A guided labyrinth walk will offer space to pause, reflect, and connect more deeply with your creative voice.

You’re warmly invited to bring along a poem you’ve written or a poem you love to share with the group – something that speaks your heart, makes you laugh, or brings you peace.

Expect light-hearted moments, meaningful insights, and space to express what’s stirring within.

What do I bring?

• A clean spare pair of socks. You'll be walking on our artwork so if you wish to walk, take off your shoes and show us your socks. OR we'll issue you a pair of over-shoe covers with non-slip soles.

What is included?

• All materials and equipment.
