Wanslea and the early childhood approach - Information for Allied Health Professionals
Event description
Wanslea partners with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to deliver the early childhood approach. The early childhood approach supports families of children under 6 years' who may have a developmental concern, or delay, and children under 9 years who have a permanent disability.
Wanslea invites allied health professionals to join this free online information session to learn more about the early childhood approach and how to support children who may be accessing it.
This information session will cover the following:

- The early childhood approach
- Referral process
- Pathways for support and eligibility
- Considerations for paediatric allied health professionals
- reporting and recommendations
- supporting participants who require assistive technology
- Working together to support children and families
