War on Waste Trivia night
Event description
Join us for a fun and interactive evening at our War on Waste Trivia night for National Recycling Week !
Whether you are a pro waste sorter or a recycling beginner, get a team together and get ready to learn about Wyndham’s waste and recycling services and how to recycle right here in Wyndham in an engaging and fun family-friendly setting. The night will include:
- Trivia Rounds on recycling and waste general knowledge with prizes to be won!  - You can come solo, or tackle it as a team! (Max 6 participants per team)
- Activities for Kids including waste sorting games, Make your own rubbish truck, colouring activities and more!
- FREE Recycling Drop-Off for hard-to-recycle items like X-rays, batteries, CDs/DVDs, small e-waste (small items with cords or batteries), toothpaste tubes, and beauty containers
- Light refreshments will be availableÂ
1st prize - Hungry bin with 2000 worms (Valued at $412) or of equal or lesser value from Wormlovers + each member will receive a keep cupÂ
2nd prize - All members of the team will receive a keep cup
Lucky Door Prizes - All Attendees will be in the running to win one of 3 "Reduce & Reuse prize packs"
Plus, enjoy light refreshments and plenty of chances to WIN PRIZES! Bring friends or family along and test your waste and recycling knowledge and with Wyndham's Waste and Litter Education Officers.
