Description

Join us for a Watercolour Mindfulness workshop in celebration of National Carers Week 2026!

Led by clinical psychologist Associate Professor Sally Hunt (also known as artist, Sally Gunn), this 3-hour workshop combines 25 years of therapeutic expertise with the gentle art of watercolour. You'll learn techniques to quiet your mind, be present in the moment, and leave with both artwork and practical tools you can take home and use in your everyday life. No experience needed - just bring your curiosity.

Connect with other carers and take some time to relax and be creative! Tea, coffee, refreshments and all art supplies provided.

This workshop is for adult carers only (over 18s).

This event is proudly co-funded by the NSW Government through the NSW National Carers Week Grants Program and by Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group.

This is an event for current financial FSF members.  New members are always welcome. You can join FSF or renew your annual membership at https://events.humanitix.com/families-supporting-families-annual-membership-2026-2027
