Event description

Join us for an evening of connection, remembrance, and gentle healing at Still Waters Osteopathy’s Sol Studio — 4405 S Baldwin Rd, Suite H.

We will begin in sacred circle with a small-group grief support workshop — a safe, compassionate space where nothing needs to be fixed, and you are free to simply be. Together, we’ll explore how grief lives in the body, mind, and breath, and share gentle practices to support your nervous system — including breathwork, tapping, and grounding rituals. You’ll be invited to honor your grief, your story, and those you carry in your heart. There is no pressure to speak — just bring a journal, a photo, or simply yourself.

Afterward, you’ll be held in a restorative sound healing journey — a soothing immersion in the calming tones of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. These vibrations invite the body to relax, the heart to soften, and the spirit to rest. It’s a time for stillness, release, and deep inner peace.

Give yourself the gift of time, space, and care. Let us walk with you through sound, presence, and healing — a journey back to wholeness, one breath at a time.

To maximize your comfort during the sound healing journey, wear comfortable clothing and kindly bring the following items:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Blanket

  • Pillow

Optional items may include:

  • Eye Covering

  • Cushion to prop up your legs

  • Water
