Waves of Renewal ~ A Blissful Cleanse for Body Mind & Spirit (Wollongong)

Join Amrit and Lu at this serene seaside spot as we step into Autumn, welcoming a season of shedding what no longer serves us, releasing stagnant energy and inviting waves of renewal into our lives so we can grow and rise to a stronger, higher vibration version of ourselves.

At Waves of Renewal we will be holding a beautiful sacred environment dedicated to supporting the community. We hold a judgement free zone, a safe haven for healing, conscious connection, creative expansion, and a portal for transformation and miracles to blossom.

𝑭𝑳𝑶𝑾 𝑶𝑭 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑵𝑰𝑵𝑮 

• Please arrive at 5:15pm: Gather, connect and settle into the space before we lift off
  
  
• Cacao Ceremony commences at 530pm: Ground together, set intentions and embrace the heart-opening spirit of this earth medicine, courtesy of Immortal Cacao

• Through Voice Activation we will tune in to our natural vibrations and activate our chakras using a simple yet powerful exercise involving visualisation and vocal toning

• We will transition into a freeflow Dance / Drumming jam as we enjoy a high vibration mix of tracks curated to help dissolve tension and consciously release energy. Bring a drum if you like to express yourself and embrace movement in this way. Amrit will have a few drums / shakers to share.

• A series of Interactive Connection Practices in a partnered/group format will harbour in more understanding, trust, deeper communication skills and more intimacy to your life.

• We will then flow into a Qigong practice, a gentle movement meditation practice that enhances vitality and supports mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Enjoy flowing to the blissful soundscape of traditional Chinese qigong music.

• Lie down and relax as we move into a powerful 𝑬𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒚 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏𝒇𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚. Lu will facilitate her unique style of intuitive palm healing blending Reiki and other various styles using her hands in a non-contact approach through the space, working one each receiver one by one. Her healing hands will foster powerful release, deep relaxation and a sense of calm throughout the body and mind of receivers.
  This will be conducted amidst a magical element themed Sound Journey by Amrit and special guest Joel. You will bathe in the the earthly tones of the didgeridoo and throat singing, airy sounds of the crystal singing bowl, watery tranquility of the handpan and rain stick, and the fire of shamanic drumming. And naturally, all in harmony with the soothing sounds of the ocean. Expect to feel cleansed, rejuvenated and RENEWED as you invite in new consciousness for you to step into your next evolution of self.

• We conclude with a check in circle where you are invited to share feedback about your experience of the night.
  

* Please feel free to stay for an optional jamming session - bring your instruments if you have any or you can have a go on ours. Or simply stick around and mingle as we settle into the welcoming of our new consciousness.

𝑨𝑴𝑹𝑰𝑻 𝑰𝑵𝑫𝑹𝑨 is a multi-instrumentalist, music teacher, conscious hip-hop artist and sound healer whose vision is to transform and restore balance to the mind, body and soul through the power of sound. Amrit has a rich background in music, professional psychology plus training with the international Sound Healing Academy.Amrit is also the owner of Immortal Cacao, and facilitates cacao ceremonies to help opens up hearts through the loving spirit of this medicine. In his sound baths, Amrit uses shamanic vocals including didgeridoo-like throat singing, handpan and various percussion, inducing hypnotic states to clear blockages and release tension. Amrit facilitates workshops on voice activation and body percussion, encouraging individuals to discover the healing potential of their own natural vibrations.

Lu has facilitated Qigong & Energy Healing sessions for children, seniors, and the general public in various locations, including Nepal, Kazakhstan, Busselton and Sydney. Lu is also a Life Coach, Neuro Semantics Trainer & Enneagram Facilitator.
