Welcome in August (the last month of Winter !!) with an hour of sound in a magical Bell Tent in Quinns Rocks🌙

Feeling meh? Stressed out? Exhausted? Overwhelmed? Sound Healing is the perfect way to recalibrate, realign, release and relax.

If you've never been to a group sound session before, its intention is to provide a space in which you can fully surrender and relax - lying down on a thick mat with a blanket and your eye masks for additional sensory deprivation - it signals to your body for calm. Your mind may take time to unwind (and for some people this is very challenging) and then using a mix of instruments including crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, rainmakers - the sound is employed to create a deep energetic resonance within your physical body - as well as your energetic biofield. Sound Healing has been present in cultures for thousands of years. The benefits of sound and resonance on human cells are scientifically documented in science (quantum physics) - as much as it is an alternate form of healing and well-being.

This Bell Tent is situated in a backyard space and hence is a bespoke, intimate experience with limited places for 8 people ✨

( **Please note - whilst Sound Healing is primarily a gentle therapy - some conditions are contraindicated . It is not recommended to attend if you are in the first trimester or final weeks of pregnancy.
