Let’s start 2023 by prioritising ourselves.

Come and join me for an inspiring interactive workshop where I’ll teach you how to do just that.

This is a full-immersion mentoring experience in a small intimate group. You’ll have the space you need to intentionally define what prioritising yourself looks like and how to put that into action by creating a vision board that will embody every-thing that is you.

Studies have indicated that vision boards assist in manifesting desired results by allowing us to see opportunities that may otherwise have been missed.

What to expect on the day:

Fun – Heart Connection – Friendship

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing herbal tea and a meet and greet with the other like-minded women, then you will take your place in the circle where we’ll discuss what prioritising yourself looks and feels like for you, the importance of knowing and understanding your sacred feminine energy, self-worth, and boundaries. We will learn how setting self-boundaries support us in making ourselves a priority and how our vision board is our visual representation, then I’ll take you on a beautiful, safe journey through guided meditation to find and awaken your sacred feminine energy that is going to support you on this journey.

After meditation we’ll have a short tea break, then return to the circle where you’ll have an opportunity to share and start the creative process of your vision board.

We’ll pause for lunch, then continue with our beautiful creativity.

Vision boards when done in depth can be profoundly healing.
