The Chant of the Eight-Legs - levels 2-3 ticket
with Judge Tony - The Monastery on the hill above the village of Metebelis had long been a place of peace, healing and spiritual restoration, but it has changed. The faces and voices of the monks are the same but they have developed the discomforting practice of referring to villagers as "the two-legs". Now one of the monks is suspected of stealing a magician’s crystal from a neighbouring town and taking it back to the monastery, and you are on the job to get it back before it falls into the wrong hands ... or legs. An adventure for Level 2 and 3 characters. Content warning: expect spiders.

The mayor insists there's nothing to fear, especially with the thriving snail industry to maintain. The villagers remain skeptical, with some on the verge of panic. Words of warning from the lake-worshiping enclave of monks aren't helping the situation, especially with the strange purple lights surrounding the ancient conical tower in the middle of the lake. Does the Guardian of the Lake seek vengeance on those who would plunder her bounty, or are more ancient evils stirring in the muck of the lake bed? There's only one way to find out, but first you're going to need a bigger boat... Trigger warnings: body horror, deep water, sea creatures, drowning
