We Al-li Facilitator Training Program

The We Al-li facilitator training program is designed to enhance and provide new skills for service delivery professionals who support individuals affected by Intergenerational Trauma. This intensive training assumes a foundational knowledge of trauma and its impact on individuals, families, and communities. While this training provides a safe space for sharing and self-reflection, it is not intended as a therapeutic program. Completion of the program does not guarantee employment with We Al-li. Any employment offers will be at the discretion of CEO Caroline (Carlie) Atkinson.
