Step into the lush sanctuary of Bali Garden in Matakana for an intimate, restorative morning retreat co-hosted with WE-AR. Grounded in conscious fashion, holistic wellness, and intentional living, this three-hour gathering is designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with your body and community.

Set amidst tranquil tropical plantings and open-air pavilions, the morning blends mindful movement with reflective practices, nourishing food, and meaningful connection.

What to Expect

• Arrival & Opening Circle: Arrive, take in the serene surroundings of Bali Garden, and refresh with complimentary bottled water from circular hydration brand anew. We gather together for an opening circle to ground our energy and set collective intentions for the morning ahead.

• Movement & Breath: An energizing, open-level yoga flow guided by our lead facilitator Wendy Douglas, immersed in nature.

• Late Morning Tea & Nourishment: Pause between practices to replenish with warm herbal tea from Better Tea Co, refreshing tonics from Solana Rituals and a nourishing mini buddha bowl from Bowl and Arrow.

• Sound Bath & Journaling, Meditation and Breathwork Workshops: Move into a restorative sound bath and intensional journaling, a guided meditation, and breathwork workshops. All designed to quiet the mind, integrate the practice, and reflect on the season ahead.

• Closing Circle & Connection: Gather back together in circle to close the energetic space, share reflections, seal our intentions, and spend time connecting with fellow guests in the gardens. Giveaways from Valka Yoga, Aleph will be gifted.

• Curated Gifting: Every guest will take home an eco-conscious gift bag in collaboration with celebrated local partners.
