We need to talk: Tschabalala Self and Myles Russell-Cook
Event description
Introducing a new public program series
We need to talk
Conversations on art, ideas, and the world around us
ACCA is thrilled to launch We need to talk, a bold new series of public conversations that brings together artists, thinkers, and cultural leaders to explore the art world from every angle.
For our first event, acclaimed international artist Tschabalala Self joins ACCA’s Artistic Director & CEO Myles Russell-Cook for a wide-ranging dialogue on art, identity, spirituality, and the future. Join us for a glass of wine, then follow the conversation with an intimate walkthrough of Self’s Australian debut solo exhibition Skin Tight—a rare chance to encounter the artist’s work in dialogue with the curators who helped bring it to life.
We need to talk is a new ACCA initiative: a space for spirited exchange, fresh ideas, and unexpected connections. Join us to look deeper, think wider, and experience art in new ways.
