We Own The Laughs is bringing a huge night of comedy to Bakersfield!

Fresh off his standout performance as Marvin Thomas on STARZ’s hit series Power Book III: Raising Kanan, acclaimed actor and stand-up comedian London Brown takes center stage for a special headlining performance at We Own The Laughs Presents London Brown on Friday, October 2nd, inside Sonder Restaurant & Lounge.

Known for commanding the screen playing fan-favorite “Uncle Marvin” on the hit Starz series POWER BOOK III: RAISING KANAN, and “Reggie” opposite Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson on HBO’s BALLERS. 

London co-hosts the hit podcast KILLING IT alongside comedians Justin Hires and BT Kingsley, featuring conversations with stars including Lamorne Morris, Comedian CP, and Nate Jackson. London got his start in comedy touring with comedy legend Chris Tucker. 

London Brown is equally at home behind the microphone. His sharp observations, charismatic storytelling, and undeniable stage presence have made him a dynamic performer who seamlessly moves between television and stand-up comedy.

Joining London for this special night is a talented lineup of comedians ready to keep Bakersfield laughing. The evening will be hosted by Kyle “K-Mitch” Mitchell and feature performances from Tyson Paul, Tiffany Belt, and D’Maurier Johnson.
