Dear @FirstName,

Thank you for booking onto our We're Going on a Bear Hunt event at Walsall Arboretum Visitor Centre on 14th November.

Here are a few details to help you prepare for the event:

Location & Arrival

The event will take place at the Walsall Arboretum Visitor Centre. On arrival, please make your way to the Visitor Centre, where members of the Healthy Spaces team will be on hand to welcome you and sign you in.

What to Expect

Join us for a magical family adventure inspired by the much-loved children's story, We're Going on a Bear Hunt.

During the session, families will enjoy:

A live storytelling session
A free reading book for every child to take home
A fun opportunity to meet the Bear and take photographs
A chance to explore the Visitor Centre and enjoy a family-friendly experience together

This event has been designed to encourage a love of reading, imagination and outdoor exploration while creating lasting family memories.

Session Format

This is a family event, and we kindly ask that parents and carers remain with their children throughout the session. Staff will be available during the event to provide support and assistance where needed.

Please ensure you arrive in good time for your allocated time slot, as the storytelling session will begin promptly at the advertised start time. Unfortunately, late arrivals may miss part of the story and activities, so we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to allow for registration and seating.

Please Remember

As this event includes activities both inside and around the Visitor Centre, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather and wearing comfortable footwear.

We look forward to welcoming you and your family for a wonderful bear hunt adventure!

If you have any questions or need to cancel your place, please contact Mark.hickman1@walsall.gov.uk

Kind Regards,

Mark Hickman
