We take The Mantra Room to Wynnum!

Join us as we experience a wonderfully relaxing, yet spiritually uplifting kirtan journey. Leave behind your worries and cares and replace them with inner peace and tranquility as we weave together, mantra, music and melody for a simultaneously meditative yet exhilarating experience.

Kirtan is the most essential and valuable treasure because it nourishes a person's deepest needs. Everyone is looking for something real, lasting and fully satisfying in their life.  That "something" is reconnecting to our spiritual source, to experience spiritual love.  Kirtan nourishes the soul's deepest needs by reawakening this spiritual love within our hearts.

What to expect

We'll have plenty of floor rugs and a choice of chairs or cushions to choose from, so all you have to do is make yourself comfortable and relax.  We'll sing the Mantra's first and then you join in as a group and sing them back. The Mantra's are simple and easy to learn and you will be provided with a Mantra booklet to make it even easier.  We'll be starting off with a gentle soft kirtan and move into our Mantra Breath and Mindfulness Journey where we will take you on fully guided journey to the heart. We will then take the kirtan up a level or two for some spirited kirtan where we all get the opportunity to dance, sway, clap and chant our worries away. The evening will conclude with a lullaby chant and some delicious sweets.

ASMY is a non-profit organisation powered by volunteers. This kirtan event is donation based to help us cover the cost of the hall and the chai and sweets.  We look forward to connecting with you at Wynnum.
