FAQs
- What time do doors open?
Doors open at 7:30pm, and the performance begins at approximately 8:00pm. The venue will be cleared before doors open, so all guests—including existing café or bar patrons—must exit and re-enter with a valid event ticket.
- How long is the performance?
The full program is expected to run for approximately three hours and includes three sets with two 15-minute intervals. Start times may be affected by technical requirements, and the intervals may be shortened if necessary. The event is expected to finish at approximately 11:00pm.
- Is the performance the same across all three nights?
Yes. The program and artist lineup are the same on all three nights.
- Can I use my ticket on a different date?
No. Your ticket is valid only for the date selected at booking. If you booked the wrong date, please contact the organiser as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
- How does seating work?
Seating is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The venue has 55 seats and space for 15 standing guests. Purchasing a ticket guarantees entry but does not guarantee a seat, so please arrive early if you prefer to sit.
- What is the difference between Early Bird and General Admission tickets?
Both ticket types provide the same admission and experience. Early Bird tickets are offered at a discounted price, with sales closing seven days before each performance date.
- Can I enter if I arrive late?
Yes. Late entry is permitted. Please enter quietly and follow venue staff directions to minimise disruption to the performers and other guests.
- Is this an all-ages event?
Guests under 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times.
- Are food and drinks available?
Snacks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. There is no minimum spend.
- Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue has an accessible entrance but does not have an accessible toilet. Wheelchair users must contact the organiser in advance so the venue can prepare for their arrival.
- How do I get to the venue, and is parking available?
The venue is accessible via the Route 109 tram. Affordable paid parking is available behind the bar, and there is ample free public parking within approximately 50 metres. Please check local parking signs and time restrictions.
- Can I take photos or record the performance?
Yes, photography, video and audio recording are permitted. Please silence your phone, switch off the flash, and avoid obstructing or distracting the performers and other guests.
- What is the refund policy?
Tickets can be refunded through Humanitix up to seven days before the selected performance date. Refund requests made within seven days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
- Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Tickets are transferable—simply provide the new attendee with the valid QR code. Each QR code can be scanned only once, so please keep it secure and share it only with the person attending.
