Event description
Join UWA Sport and the UWA Student Guild Pride Department for a vibrant Colour Fun Run in celebration of Wear It Purple Day! This year's theme is "Bold Voices, Bright Futures."
Get ready for a fun, inclusive 2.5km course across the beautiful UWA campus, with bursts of colour, great tunes from a live DJ, and a BBQ sausage sizzle fundraiser hosted by the UWA Pride Guild - all in support of TransFolk WA.
Wear It Purple Day was established in response to the bullying and harassment of LGBTQIA+ youth. This event honours its legacy by providing a safe, joyful, and inclusive space where everyone can feel proud of who they are.
