WIP Day is coming up at the end of this month and Lendlease will be celebrating this day on Wednesday 28th August by wearing purple and hosting a panel discussion morning tea on empowering LGBTQIA+ youth in the workplace.
What factors play into inhibiting and bringing to life the aspirations of young queer individuals? From entering their career and finding their “work personality”, succeeding at work while building queer pride, having role models to be inspired by, and to the support networks and allies who are their “chosen family” at work and outside of work.
Join the conversation with our speakers below to reflect on the role we can play as colleagues, family members and friends in empowering LGBTQIA+ youth in our communities.
