Event description

‘Reclaiming yourself in the wardrobe is an act of Self Love’ – Sarah Gale

For many of us, our wardrobes are an area of life where we can feel repetitive

insecurity, anxiousness, and indecision. This impacts our confidence, our presence and how we show up in the world.

Did you know that the contents of your wardrobe and what you choose to wear says a lot about your relationship with yourself?

The wardrobe and our appearance are some of our egos chief weapons to keeping us disconnected from the truth of who we are; our essence.

We often bury parts of ourselves that long for expression, or we show up in outfits to portray an identity that we think will be accepted by others.

And the true tragedy is that when we do that in our wardrobes, we do that in the rest of our lives.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

In this powerful, deep and interactive workshop, Sarah Gale takes us on a

fascinating and inquisitive journey through our wardrobe to explore some of our own personal blocks and patterns that are keeping us stuck or hiding in what we wear.

Through understanding our own patterns, we get to create a new lens on what we wear and move towards dressing ourselves to ignite our true essence from the inside out and reclaiming our confidence and authentic self.
