Connection and Belonging. Gathering in Community. Every week we’ll dance through a lens of the 5Rhythms Waves practice, teasing apart strands of new insight, weaving our learning onto our warp and weft, creating ourselves anew each time.

All dancing hours with me count towards the 5Rhythms Teacher Training path. If you're on this path, please come say hi!
