Presenter Information

Dr Elaine Harrington, MBBS, DCH, FRACGP

Dr Elaine Harrington is a GP and Medical Educator in South Australia, working with GPEx and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). She brings experience from a broad scope of General Practice and has a passion for delivering education to healthcare providers to support their role in promoting positive health behaviours, preventative care and education to their patients. She brings a compassionate and holistic approach to her clinical practice and enjoys the challenge of seeing patients across the diverse range of General Practice at her clinic in the Adelaide Hills. She counts it a privilege to also be involved in shaping the next generation of General Practitioners through her work with GPEx and the RACGP which has spanned recruitment, mentoring, training and assessment of GP trainees across South Australia and Australia.
