Dr Scott Farrell, Partner, King & Wood Mallesons

Scott is a senior partner of King & Wood Mallesons with more than 25 years’ experience in the law of financial markets, systems and technology.  Scott led the two inquiries for the Australian Government which designed and developed the framework for Australia’s Consumer Data Right and chaired the review into the regulatory architecture of Australia’s payments system.




D'Arcy Mullamphy, Compliance and Policy Lead, Adatree

D'Arcy is passionate about using the CDR to build a vibrant digital economy that promotes innovation, rewards creative thinking and provides consumers and businesses with new and better services. 
Through his role at Adatree, D'Arcy is working to achieve this by assisting more businesses embrace the CDR. He is excited to be deeply engaged in the significant opportunity proposed by CDR Action Initiation, seeing it as a world leading initiative that will allow creative and novel consumer services to be brought to life.

Brett Watson, Partner, KPMG Australia
Brett is a Partner in our Financial Services Practice in Melbourne. He leads our Open Banking and
Payments teams as well as holding account leadership roles for several financial services accounts.
He has over 25 years’ experience in transaction banking, payments and Open Banking and has
consulted extensively across the CDR ecosystem for banks, schemes, aggregators, fintechs and, more
recently, telecommunications and energy providers.

Claire MacFarlane, Executive - Product, iSelect
Claire joined iSelect in January 2022 to lead the Product and Experience Design teams, with a focus on driving innovation in the comparator market via customer led product delivery. A seasoned leader in digital transformation, Claire brings a wealth of experience in developing digital products and channels to iSelect and has a passion for meaningful customer and commercial outcomes.
Prior to joining iSelect, Claire was Head of Digital for the Retail Division of AGL. She previously held senior management roles in telecommunications, digital marketing, and consulting, complimented by her extensive work in communications, public relations, and the not-for-profit sector. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science from Deakin University.
