As a bodyworker, knowledge of bony landmarks and muscles' origin and insertions are vital. 

Strong knowledge of muscles is important in be able to assess and deliver a tailored treatment plan for client’s needs. 

This interactive-style webinar will cover some of the important bony landmarks, origins and insertion of the lower body, including the lower leg, thigh, and hip muscles.

Rafael Bucater

Rafael’s areas of expertise include musculoskeletal massage therapy, deep tissue and remedial massage, postural and biomechanical assessment.

He has a bachelor’s degree in physical education, post-degree in exercise physiology overseas, diploma of fitness, sports, and remedial massage, in Australia.

Rafael currently lectures at the Australian Institute of Fitness, Adelaide campus on fitness and massage courses for the last 5 years.

Rafael Bucater has presented at the 2019 South Australian Sports Medicine FAST conference to sports trainer on sports massage techniques and self-care techniques and offers in services and tutorials to new therapists.
