The Help App connects people experiencing a life limiting illness with the friends and family around them. We all want to help our loved ones but it's not always clear how. The HELP App removes these barriers and connects people who want to help with the tasks they need support with.

Volunteers are uniquely positioned to make a profound impact by introducing the HELP App to clients. Volunteers already provide invaluable support to those in need, and by introducing the HELP App, it enables them to remain connected to the people, places and possessions most important to them, and receive the right help – at the right time.
