Introduction to Reflexology

Would you like to learn how to assess and improve people’s wellbeing through their feet?

Join me for this inspiring 90 minute Webinar to learn the theory basics behind reflexology. It is a subtle yet powerful tool, which can generate healing processes within the body and can be incorporated with other modalities.

In this introductory webinar we will be covering the definition and history of reflexology, the pathways through which it works and some of the benefits.

We will also be talking about the basic mapping of the feet, this will prepare you in case you would like to go on and learn some practical, hands on skills in a workshop.

Presenter: Irene Tasho

Diploma Reflexology, Diploma Facial Reflexology, Cert IV in Training and Assessment

Irene’s many years as a Ballet dancer and teaching dance has given her a unique understanding of the structure and function of the body which has helped her in her work with clients and also in teaching the body systems and their application in Reflexology.

As well as being the owner/practitioner of Sole to Soul Reflexology in Wahroonga, established in 2008, Irene has volunteered as a reflexologist at the San Hospital at the Cancer Support Centre for 7 years and worked in the maternity ward at the same hospital. She has now been volunteering at Bear Cottage (Palliative care and respite centre for children) for 2 years.

In 2016 she became Principal of The Australian School of Reflexology and is also their main trainer and facilitator. Irene has presented workshops at Association meetings, spoken at networking events and has also taught Reflexology Basics in Brazil. She is an accredited trainer and professional member of The Reflexology Association of Australia.

The many postgraduate courses have helped her to develop her skills and achieve greater results with her clients and more in depth knowledge to pass on to her students.

Irene is passionate about spreading the awareness and the benefits of reflexology and seeing it being used more widely in the community.
