Webinar - Maintaining current practising certificate holders

Resources Regulator NSW will be hosting two webinars in March, to ensure that practising certificate holders nominated to exercise statutory functions possess up-to-date certificates and are satisfying the necessary conditions. This webinar is for the practising certificate holders.
The following topics will be covered during these sessions:
- legislated requirements
- regulator processes for new and renewed certificates
- actions required by certificate holders to ensure compliance
- observations into compliance experiences
- expectations from the Regulator regarding compliance and best practices.
These webinars are part of an awareness campaign focusing on the Regulator’s January to June 2024 Compliance Priorities. The aim is to ensure that the mining industry understands its obligations and the Regulator's expectations.
