Part 2: Naturopathic Support for Postpartum Recovery

Pregnancy and childbirth is an absolute wonder of nature, but it can come at a high cost for mothers who need support as they recover in the postpartum months. More women are having children at an older age, with pre-existing health conditions, using assisted fertility, experiencing complications in pregnancy and they need extra care to help them recover and to prevent long-term concerns.

In this webinar Jane will discuss a range of effective strategies to implement to support women in the postpartum recovery.

Participants will gain an understanding on the following therapeutic strategies:

  • The core nutrition approach.
  • Key nutritional supplements.
  • Key herbal medicines (briefly).
  • Core lifestyle strategies.
