As part of our Key Cases Series, CLAANZ will hold a special webinar on the recent Supreme Court of Queensland decision, The Presbyterian Church of Queensland v Catalyst Carina SPV Pty Ltd & Anor [2025] QSC 255.

This case concerned debts arising out of the financing of aged care facilities in Queensland, where issues were raised by the receivers including the existence of charitable trusts, breach of trustee duties and unconscionable conduct.
